Weldy’s booster EX3 Plus hand extruder has a new and exciting design. The EX3 Plus has the new digital heater mounted under the barrel, the addition of a mountable light for when working in dark places.
With the blower mounted under the barrel there is a clearer view of the weld zone.
The booster EX3 Plus like the original EX3, is well-suited in civil engineering and plastic fabrication for high-quality processing of polyolefins and welding thermoplastics PE and PP.
When welding the welding rod can be drawn in from both the left and right sides, which facilitates plastic welding work in tight spaces. The booster EX3 Plus extrusion welder has a maximum output of 3.6 kg/h. The booster EX3 Plus can be used in tank and container construction for sheet thicknesses up to 15 mm/0.6 inches.
